Zenith Property Conservation Limited has begun work on a conservation project in the centre of Edinburgh, Scotland.
The project, which is in excess of £300,000 involves masonry repairs, lead work, lime pointing, roof repairs and the rebuild of four stone chimneys.
Zenith Consultants designed the scaffold access to fully envelop the building whilst Zenith’s Scaffold Division carried out the erection. The project is expected to take 26 weeks to complete.
Conservation Manager, John Henderson, comments
“our ability to perform all tasks in-house means that our clients have one point of contact. The past year has seen Zenith Property Conservation Limited working throughout the United Kingdom. We have several conservation projects currently in progress with several more in the pipeline. The future certainly looks extremely positive and our apprenticeship scheme is really producing excellent results”.
